| Now, can you see the shadow? (if you can't she is stood towards the back on the left hand side). I was looking forward to putting in this shadow. However, trying to put one in post production is not a thing that will work. The issue is, is in real life it would morph, move over the fence panels, change its shape to what it is projected on. However, here we can see that this will not do this post production. The shadow stands strong and rigid like a person. It isn't flowing over the fence panels like a true shadow. It just looks wrong. If i want a shadow on the garden scene, i will have to set up some lighting and cut out the shape of a person and create a mini shadow like that and then film the piece. this kinda reminds me of peter pan's shadow! |
