Here are my little zines.
They are both worded the same and put together in the same order.
I prefer the one that is landscape, as the photos of my work within the booklet can be large.
The shade of text which works the best grey, rather than black.
I love the way that the tracing paper works; you can finish one pice of text and begin reading the text behind it as though it is one complete text. Funny and strange situations happen here which complement the work.
I don't like the way that these have been bound. They were an initial 'lets just get these put together' type thing. This is the size that i want them to be kept at. There is something precious and inquisitive about having them little. However, i may look to certain bits of text that have a relation to my work and try out those sizes for my zines, e.g. a photo album, a diary. I believe that i would have these little zines on mass, loads of them - perhaps even have an amount that people could take away? Someone was reading one of my zines, and loved how she could relate to it so easily, that she has felt these memories too.
