- http://www.ubu.com/sound/plu_stifled_love.html This piece is kinda infuriating where it just keeps stopping halfway through, but other bits just keep going. Perhaps in my sound pieces i could have the normal stuff playing but where the bit begins to stumbled, repeat, the UNKOWN could pop up, like the feet of someone or a hand. Or perhaps HER body could start mucking up, like the robots in stepford wives, that moment where the film connects to the sound. This is what i want, the connection between sound and film.

There is the repetition of that one voice and then everyone is just talking over the top of each other. I kinda love it?! I could imagine my work almost building up to that one bit, slowly increasing and the bam at the end, this amount of noise seeping through you, making everything feel wrong and intense.

I like the repetition of the words, especially the word death being juxtaposed against this happy music, it was almost funny but quite sinister at the same time.
